Enoteca Jazz

Chef Donato Scotti approached Rick Ciardella, in May of 2012, to put together a Jazz Group to add to the dining experience for his guests at Donato Enoteca.  Instantly Enoteca Jazz was put together featuring some of San Francisco Peninsula’s finest musicians.  It began as an experimental project exploring the musical genre and instrumentation best suited for the restaurant’s needs, acoustics and budget.  So today you will find a variety of instrumental combination including Guitar or Piano, Upright Bass and Drums.   Donato continues to be a big supporter of our efforts and Chef Donato says, “It simply elevates the dining experience and sets us apart from the competition.”  In 2015, we added music to Donato’s Wine Bar and Eatery called CRU.
