Jazz On The Go

 We have the pleasure and honor, 6 times a year, to perform for the residence of an emergency and transitional housing facility in Redwood City.  At any given time there are over 200 clients in various stages of their journey to permanent housing.  The facility is dedicated to helping individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness and want to return to stable housing and self-sufficiency. They meet people where they are in their life’s journey, providing supportive services to address their needs, and create a new kind of interim housing designed to build self-sufficiency.  Maple Street Movers is dedicated to bringing joy and fun to the residence through our gift of music.  We help change their lives one song at a time.  Members include: Isaac Stevenson on vocals, Charlie Channel on bass, Mike Schwartz on guitar and Rick Ciardella on drums.
